Echoing some of the other reviews, I have collaborated with a few brands on here and again, love the concept of the app but I’ve had the same issue where I get accepted to collaborations from brands and they never ship the product or they accept me and then cancel the order and I’m left waiting in the dark for a product that never comes. I had to be the one to message brands for reasoning for why they cancelled and then they just say they changed their mind… after choosing an influencer and agreeing to the partnership and cancelling the order with no communication, that’s incredibly unprofessional. I was waiting for 3 weeks for an answer. Brands definitely need to be held accountable for poor communication and following up with their side of the partnership, especially since there’s barely any support team for influencers to go to for help so you have to fully rely on the brand to reply which they barely do in my experience. If brands don’t follow through with their side of the partnership, all of your credits are taken so you can’t work with other brands who could be more professional. I would definitely avoid working for Wray NYC, and there needs to be way more accountability for brands, as well as giving influencers the ability to cancel a collaboration. If this gets done, this app would definitely be better.

The concept for this app is great and I’ve done multiple collaborations with amazing brands on here. However, it seems many of the brands being offered are very sketchy and unprofessional. I had one accept me to a campaign, taking my credit, and they never shipped the product. They then replied after weeks saying that I wasn’t accepted to the campaign, so I told them they needed to fix the mistake they made and take me off of “accepted”. This took another week. I also have 2 other brands that accepted me and now I have been waiting for them to ship for 2 weeks with no communication after I reached out. I got a confirmation email that one of the brands made an order for me and then just checked the tracking to see that it was randomly cancelled yesterday with zero communication with me. I have no idea what’s going on, but the app needs to hold the brands accountable as they do the influencers. They need to ship the product in a certain time frame and we should be allowed to cancel collaborations if we haven’t received tracking in a certain amount of time. I am so disappointed and I hope this app is aware that these brands acting so unprofessional reflects onto them as well. (Brands that I have had problems with are Linjer and Urbanista, avoid.)

I get emails to join campaigns and when I click the link it just brings me to safari which brings me to the App Store instead of the actual app. then since there’s no search function I can’t even find the brand that wanted to work with me on the app.
