Technical Difficulties w/ No Refund

DO NOT BUY A SUBSCRIPTION. I could not get the app to stream across several platforms. Customer service is ran through a third party company who takes a week to respond and all they have to say is “this issue has been resolved, thank you for being a valued customer”. Robots should not take a week to respond. B1G should have enough money to fund a legitimate thing here with a free beta faze to work out the issues. Then let people determine if it’s worth $15 a month. But this seems like a cash grab that’s only going to push away what could be their most loyal customers early on/until they get it to run properly. I know I will not be returning after the experience I’ve had.

The app is terrible. I signed up for the wrong subscription because of a technical issue. When you click on a game, then sign up for subscriptionn, the app will redirect you to the wrong school. My fault for not verifying but the school was in small letters and you could not change. I did not notice error until after signing up. Once I got the resolved, I found out that the Purdue vs Northwestern game was not streamed on BogTen + app. This is surprising since BigTne had television rights to the game. Very frustrating experience.

B1G+ subscriptions do not include live streaming of BTN televised events. To view live events on Big Ten Network, visit the Fox Sports App or FoxSports.com and log in with your TV Provider credentials. Replays of televised events are available next-day on B1G+ app.

Good app-Teach announcers volleyball terms/rules

We are happy to have this option. Comments are based on Wisconsin versus Miami match. Examples: Service errors are not “aces”. Blocks are good blocks only if they are in. You can’t listen and count on the accuracy of what you’re hearing. On a positive note the video quality is much improved from last year. Addition to review: The App itself works well for us-the announcers are enthusiastic but need more experience and better understanding of rules and terms.
