The Bayou's extensive beer list enhanced for use at the restaurant or on the road.
Beers
See our real-time up to the minute accurate beer list. The app is updated anytime a beer goes in or out of stock so you can be assured that you are seeing exactly what we have available at any given moment.
You can use our extensive filtering options to find the exact beer you want to try from our list. The list can be sorted many different ways including by newest or randomly. If you still have a hard time choosing a beer, you can try your luck by shaking your phone and getting a random choice from our list.
Get information about all our beers including ibu's, abv, country of origin and more. Ratebeer and Untappd links for each beer to give you even more information options.
When you are at The Bayou you can order your beers right off the App and pay your tab as well.
Food
Check out our current food menu complete with descriptions.
Location
Our location with a map to help you find your way.
Permissions
Storage:
We cache the list of beers on your phone to allow quick searching and filtering without requiring lots of network activity. This reduces your battery usage and makes the app run much faster.
Network:
In order to keep the list of beers on your phone current the app will regularly connect to our databases and get any required updates. Also, if you want to visit the ratebeer and/or untappd links you obviously need network access.

The app makes filtering down a huge beer list a breeze. That’s exactly what I need.
Great concept
I tried this app at the bayou and it definitely helps one make a beer selection, the app ordering feature could use some work though. I was able to successfully order my first two beers on the app but I sent an order for a third and sat around waiting for a beer that didn’t seem like it was going to come, when the server approached and asked if I would like anything else I explained that I had been waiting for the third beer and she informed me that none had come across the computer system. The app could use some kind of a pending beer list or something so you can check that your order has indeed been placed and is in the queue. I am still impressed by the idea and that it is mostly functional.

Thanks for the review. I looked into the glitch with your third beer and think i found the glitch. Hopefully both the new app version and the fixes at The Bayou will prevent that issue going forward.
