Pimpadelic

Pimpadelic

Whether doing hilarious stand-up routines, stealing the show in movies like Friday After Next and Norbit, or rapping (under the name Money Mike) alongside superstars like The Game and Suga Free, Katt Williams is a triple-threat entertainer with a large and devoted international fanbase. He has also dropped skits on countless hip-hop albums, was a regular on several TV shows, and has released a gang of comedy specials, DVDs, and stand-up albums. Known primarily for his over-the-top pimped-out philosophy, diminutive stature, and commentary on the absurdities of everyday life, he continues that trend on Pimpadelic. This set was recorded live in concert in Washington, D.C.; it's interspersed with offstage interview material, just rolling around in his car. Bits here include his reflections on black malls, weird pharmaceutical side effects, fancy rims, crazy children, the pros and cons of marriage, and much more. Though a few jokes here may be familiar to longtime fans, this is still another great release from a modern comic genius.
