Summer’s Not That Simple facilitates an evocative, dreamy conversation between Barleycorn Songwriters' Competition finalist Lucy Kruger and a wave of guitars that reach out to meet her pensive voice across this debut LP. Joining the Cape Town singer/songwriter on this psychedelic, traditional folk and dark pop road trip are André Leo and Lucas Swart (electric guitar), Calvin Siderfin (bass) and Werner von Waltsleben (drums).
