Parker crafts a classic Blue Note Records-informed solo during “Get Dressed,” and he shows off his flair for more tenderly melodic work on “Here Comes Ezra.” Balancing tunefulness with edgy arrangements is a tricky task, but one this veteran musician achieves with ease.
