Challenge of the GoBots

Cy-Kill's new toy reduces the human race to electrical impulses imprisoned within five crystal globes. Threatening to smash the globes if his plans to take over Gobotron are thwarted.

Cy-Kill faces a threat from within as Zero rallies disgruntled Renegades into a faction that opposes both the Guardians and the Renegades. With Turbo and Crasher as hostages, the rebels set out to lure Leader-1 and Cy-Kill to their destruction.

Leader-1 turns evil when he's tricked into changing into a fake power suit, but Cy-Kill's plot backfires when he's deposed by the newly nasty Guardian.

When the Guardians discover a woman who can read Gobot minds, the Renegades disguise themselves as harmless carnival attractions to kidnap the psychic before she can reveal their plans.

The Renegades and the Guardians compete to be the recipients of an ancient alien's vast store of knowledge.

Cy-Kill has Braxis create a weapon that can induce stars to go nova, roasting all their planets, and the Guardians must stop him before he can use it on the Sun.
