30DAYS - Fitness App

30DAYS gives you 30 day training programmes to follow. 30DAYS tailors the workouts to your fitness level. On day 1 you do as many / long of the exercise as you can, then 30DAYS works out a training plan for you.

At any point you can change the intensity level. If it's getting too hard make is easier, if it's too easy make it harder.

30DAYS can remind you the following day to do your workout, keeping you on target.

30 DAYS is integrated with Facebook so you can share your achievements with your friends and get encouragement.

30DAYS will continue to add workouts, so there will always be a workout for you.

Awesome concept... Needs work!

Love the app and its goal... Would like a buzzer or ding at the end of some of the challenges so you know when you hit your goal for the day. The How to feature does not work. Some of the descriptions are wrong for each exercise. I don't mind the ads because I understand that you have to make money somehow... But it'd be nice if ads were removed once you purchased the premium upgrade.

Disappointed

I used to use this app a lot and I had no problems. Now I figured I'd try it again and I can see you've changed a few things since I left. I even bought premium for the extra routines and you still have to throw ads in my face? Are you so desperate for money that you have to put ads after every other day on the routine schedule? I also can't seem to get the "how to" option to work. Not a big deal really but it's annoying still.

Nothing pisses off a consumer more that constant ads for a product or service that WE DO NOT WANT.

Simple and Effective

I do this with a group of friends and we take screenshots of our results and share it. The app is simple and effective. The ads aren’t troublesome to me. I just ignore them. Would like to see the ability to share daily results with a group of people I make, not through Facebook or some other social media.
