PUBLISHERS WEEKLY
An average high schooler has a gorgeous 14-year-old younger sister, Kirino, in this manga. She despises him, until he finds out about her secret stash of geeky anime (most involving younger sisters, which raises disturbing implications). Then she turns him into a confidante, rebuilding their relationship on grounds that make him uncomfortable. Like the protagonist, readers may also find themselves uncomfortable, due to the focus on Kirino's attractiveness, including panty and cleavage shots. She's thrilled at having someone to share her fandom with, but he doesn't get the appeal of the focus on cute little girls, and the obvious contrast with Kirino's own behavior is sledge-hammered at the reader. At the same time, readers are encouraged to indulge their own "little sister" fantasies. The series is being promoted as "hilarious," but there's not much humor. Instead, the book requires a tolerance for both scenes of extreme discomfort and implications of incest. The manga is based on a light novel series and anime, which may explain why the art is basic, sparse, and uninspiring except for the body parts, which are given loving focus. A thoroughly unpleasant work, it's the kind of series that gives manga a bad reputation.

Well Deserved Series Oreimo
The confusion between the series and review of Oreimo to begin I’ll explain it main topic first as many people who know Oreimo obviously will mainly judge it for its awkward moments with Kyosuke and Kirino bond and how many will criticize there connection between one another at first it may seem strange but since most of the western audience that have read this series will have two opinions in the debate between this being a good genre or a horrible series but there is no right answer there to begin.
Oreimo has a deep message hidden that if you don’t pay attention you might believe it’s about love between the characters and that’s were you might consider something off, to full understand this story you will have to keep reading though the series to figure out what happens to Kyosuke and Kirino but I won’t won’t go into details it’s up to you if you want to full understand what Oreimo is about an it’s actually a wonderful series you should be reading about.
Oreimo is a great series that many don’t really understand or have known about sure there are its complex concept and unique side to the story but overall it’s a phenomenal series by Tsukasa Fushimi and Hiro Kanzaki Illustrations works for Oreimo that I have come to appreciate and love it so much sure people might have mixed reviews for it but even so I still consider Oreimo one of Tsukasa Fushimi amazing works that has inspired me into the series and given me the chance to read his works even from the Anime adaptation Oreimo was a great series whether its Manga and Light Novels, or Anime. I pretty much enjoyed it in a deep passion for it maybe its the series in general or maybe I’m a Otaku inside or Weeboo inside but beside that a fan will be a fan to support there favorite series no matter what.
Thank You.
