Facebook does not care about their people anymore there’s no one to talk to you or help you with issues and every time you ask for help there’s always scammers. When you try to reach out for help other you and steal your information. Facebook used to be the most amazing social network but now they don’t care about any of us. It’s really sad because I tried to reach out the other day and then I got call F are Callout my messenger and he would Facebook does not care about their people anymore there’s no one to talk to you or help you with issues and every time you ask for help there’s always scammers. When you try to reach out for help other people contact you and steal your information. Facebook used to be the most amazing social Netwerk but now they don’t care about any of us. It’s really sad cause I tried to reach out the other day and then I got called off for Call Out my messenger and you would think that Facebook would have some type of security but they don’t and I don’t even know who I’m messaging so hopefully somebody can come up with a new Netwerk or they can fix this one because people do not need to be taken advantage of.

Could be because of Meta, not sure. But a lot of my groups have different tools and able to do one thing with one group and not the other groups. I have had to report a lot of issues with spam sneaking in the back door without approval. How are they doing that? And their names disappear all the time. Also I don’t get responses from reporting problems and never know whether I should continue to try to do whatever it was. I was trying to do or wait for them to respond. They do not respond! One of the admin that did not particularly care for me blocked me from one of the local pages and when I have discussed it with all the other admin, they say that I am not banned, but I cannot get on that page! I’ve asked Facebook and they will not respond. I tried to upload three times on one page and the admin said try again and I did and I finally just left the group that Meta is allowing a lot of spam/scammers. There are local business pages that are so full of spam and when reported they don’t do anything about deleting them. There are people that have profiles with no beginning date so you don’t know when their profile was created. I also believe that they should be required to put the name of their country and it should be verified by Meta! We are being spammed by a lot of people from overseas! They are always adding stuff to Facebook, but they’re not fixing what’s already broke!

I am paying for almost nothing with premium and we need a content discovery algorithm. The purpose of social media is not to have ads shoved in your face over and over again until you give up on your dreams and Facebook is the worst one for that. People are supposed to see your art- it’s social or it’s just an endless wave of advertising. I have been on FB for over 10 years (the longest since it was my first social site) but there is no content discovery at all with my 100s of videos getting seen by less than 1% of my followers is the worst. I also get influencer deals and then they’re like “your following is unengaged” because social media does nothing to reach your followers anymore either. If followers saw the posts from influencers, then brands wouldn’t act like that. I made 100s of videos because I’m great at music so why is this still happening? It’s a terrible feeling and I am thinking to cancel premium because it does not resolve this problem at all. I only got verification because it led me to being stalked in public and ridicule because they know me but they refuse to accept my quality because your algorithm leaves me with nothing every single day. I’m glad I finally found a content discovery algorithm from a third party that makes IG work for me but so far Facebook and every other social site is next to useless for my work as a musician because no one sees anything.
