Spanning their second and third decades, this best-of compilation isn't your dad's Iron Maiden. The double album opens with the anxious "The Wicker Man," based on the terrifying British horror film, and closes over two and a half epic hours later with the semi-acoustic prog-metal epic "When the Wild Wind Blows." Songs from the two mid-'90s albums led by singer Blaze Bayley, including the atmospheric slow burner "Sign of the Cross," are here in muscular live versions recorded after Bruce Dickinson rejoined the band.
