And his epic journey continues with his songs for Tamil political thriller Maamannan. Rapper Arivu adds teeth to relentless foot-tapper “Manna Maamanna” before actor and occasional playback singer Vadivelu mournfully delivers the subdued “Raasa Kanna”. There’s towering rock on “Kodi Parakura Kaalam”, while Rahman’s distinctly playful reggae influence emerges on “Jigu Jigu Rail”.
