The Ultimate Fighter

One Team UK member is exposed for his embarrassing habit, while another suffers an injury in training. And in two action-packed semifinal match-ups, four lightweight fighters slug it out to earn their spot in the live finale.

Michael Bisping drops by the house for a meal with his fighters, after which some UK teammates get out of control. Then in the final semifinal fight, Frank Lester and James Wilks face off in a rematch to see who will fill the last spot in the finale.

The Ultimate Fighter is the reality series that launched the mixed martial arts explosion around the world in 2005. Through 12 weeks, 16 up-and-coming mixed martial artists fight to stay in the house while given world-class coaching by the UFC’s elite fighters. Each competes to be declared the Ultimate Fighter and win a six-figure UFC contract.

The Finale features the battle between the US and UK to decide who will become the next Ultimate Fighter. As if that weren't enough action, the main card for the evening has Diego Sanchez battling Clay Guida to move up in the UFC Lightweight Division.
