While investigating a string of murders, Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) learn that their suspect’s crime wave began overseas. When Nick discovers the suspect (guest star Neil Hopkins) is being harbored by none other than Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (guest star Bree Turner), he realizes he’s hunting the hunted, a freedom fighter trying desperately to escape the clutches of a creature bounty hunter (guest star Sebastian Roche). Bitsie Tulloch, Sasha Roiz and Reggie Lee also star.

As Nick (David Giuntoli) delves into the trailer’s weapons cabinet and his inner Grimm, the investigation of a dead construction worker leads him into a long standing conflict in the creature world. Sensing an unfamiliar threat, the suspect takes it upon himself to summon reapers to town to eliminate the Grimm once and for all. Meanwhile, Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) insists that Nick invite Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) over for dinner, making for quite the interesting evening. Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) are called to investigate the mysterious death of a wealthy matriarch, after her stepdaughter loses everything in a Ponzi scheme. Meanwhile, Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) does some digging into the mysterious death of Nick’s parents in an effort to help him find closure. Silas Weir Mitchell, Sasha Roiz and Reggie Lee also star.

After Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) stumbles upon a brutal murder, Nick (David Giuntoli) learns the suspected creature (guest star Kenneth Mitchell), and friend of Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell), is suffering from a mysterious condition -- the inability to completely return to human form. This mysterious condition leads them to a therapist (guest star Roger Bart) who’s created an artificial drug to suppress the creature side, with horrifying side effects. Meanwhile, the investigation takes a surprising turn when Hank (Russell Hornsby) sees something he can't quite explain. Sasha Roiz and Reggie Lee also star.

As Nick (David Giuntoli) delves deeper into his life as a Grimm, a trail of grotesque murders reignites the search for the elusive gold coins. The arrival of a mysterious woman in black (guest star Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio) begins to get in the way of Nick and Hank’s (Russell Hornsby) investigation as extra precautions have to be taken to ensure their safety. Meanwhile, Nick’s ability to keep his true nature secret from Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) comes to a tipping point. Silas Weir Mitchell, Sasha Roiz and Reggie Lee also star.

After their face-off with Kimura, Nick finds himself trying to come to grips with the return of his mother. A trail of brutal murders unveils a foreign conspiracy to hunt down Nick, leading to several revelations about his past.

As Nick and his mother continue to battle the Mauvais Dentes, Monroe and Rosalee fight against the clock to save Juliette. More details are revealed about the source of Juliette’s illness, resulting in an epic showdown. Back at the precinct, Hank senses that something is amiss when Nick lands in hot water with the FBI. Meanwhile, Captain Renard continues to reveal himself as he deals with his estranged brother.

As Hank continues to seek help to cope with the inexplicable siting he had, an old friend, Jarold Kempfer, needs his help when his daughter goes missing. Nick’s expertise as a Grimm comes in to play as he investigates the disturbing motives linked to the disappearance.

While investigating an accident site, Nick comes upon a bizarre and gruesome Wesen disease that is spreading quickly. A romantic day out for Monroe and Rosalee takes a dangerous turn when they encounter an infected creature that is out for blood. Meanwhile, Captain Renard gets a tip about a dangerous foreign fugitive who's made his way to Portland.

When a local Reverend reports that his church has been robbed, Nick quickly learns that it's a Wesen church, and enlists Monroe to check for any suspicious activity regarding the shepherd's flock. Meanwhile, Nick and Juliette continue to figure out the rules of their relationship as a dangerous opponent lurks in the shadows with his sites on Nick.

Angelina comes back in to town with bad tidings as Monroe learns his continued cooperation with the Grimm may come at a high cost. Nick comes to Hank for help to keep Monroe safe and Hank uses this time to get caught up with his knowledge of the "Wesen world." Meanwhile, an old European acquaintance pays Captain Renard a visit, but it's hard to tell if this visit is for business or pleasure.
