excellent insight - ideas that transfer to unrelated fields

Intelligent coaches
Refreshing authenticity
On more than one occasion they've made a sports-related insight that strikes me as incredibly relevant to my own non-analogous field.
Many thanks for the time and effort the two of you put into the podcast.
Please keep up the outstanding content as your schedule allows.

long overdue

Great level-headed insight into elite triathlon coaching. Sousa can come across as smug but he and Filliol are rightly dismissive of the trendy buzzy nature of triathlon. I imagine it is difficult to organize episodes once the season starts and their groups are out and about throughout the world but now would be a great time to provide an interesting look into competition training from the coaches' perspective and the planning required to balance squads, stars and new or transitioining members. Beats rubbish like Ben Greenfield.
