SUBSCRIBE TO WAYNE’S NEWSLETTER HERE It’s episode 212 with Laura Pearson, number one best-selling author of The Last List of Mabel Beaumont and several other novels dealing with life, love and loss, including the new paperback release of a book called Missing Pieces, which I read and loved. I chatted to Laura about the joys of procrastination, or 'thinking time', as we like to call it, reading outside your genre and the journey to her current success, which has involved lots of perseverance and keeping the words and stories flowing throughout. It’s a fun conversation that I know you’ll love. Laura is the author of multiple novels, including The Last List of Mabel Beaumont which was a Kindle number one bestseller in the UK and a top ten bestseller in the US. Laura lives in Leicestershire, England, with her husband, their two children, and a cat who likes to lie on her keyboard while she tries to write and her latest release is the paperback version of Missing Pieces, which you can find everywhere right now. Check out Laura's website here and follow her on Twitter. My debut novel, SAFE HANDS is out everywhere now and Kindle Unlimited readers can even read it for FREE! Charlotte is the USA Today bestselling author of The Rival, Unfollow Me, The Perfect Father and The Sanctuary. Great Podcast!

This is a really great podcast! I listen almost everyday. Listening to Wayne talk about his own projects and to successful authors from all genres is genuinely interesting and helpful to those who write. Wayne knows all the right questions to ask! Everything I’m burning to know, he makes sure to go through it with his guest. It’s great!

JustEmilyC ,

Wayne is a great interviewer.

I love this podcast. Wayne Kelly is such a likable guy. I think his likability makes him one of the best interviewer in the book podcast world. He seems to have an empathy for the interviewees. Also, since he's an author himself he knows just the right questions to ask. Also the bookbloggers corner segment is an added bonus.
