A Must Have Resource!

Paleo from A to Z is a great resource for anyone who desires a more conscious life regarding food, movement and mindfulness. Based around Paleo principles this book offers an easy way to learn and familiarize yourself with terms, key concepts and principles around the Paleo movement.
As someone who has been living a Paleo lifestyle for over 1400+ days I was not sure how much this book would teach me. Can I tell you I learned something new with every page turn! Darryl aka The Fitness Explorer offers you pages full of helpful insight into all things Paleo. Excellent book!

A quick, to-the-point reference guide covering a wealth of knowledge, including but not limited to skin care products, sunlight, sleep, fitness, food, sustainability, etc. The information is reliable, relevant, and current. It is obvious that the author made the best effort to remain objective throughout the book.

Written in an easy to read format, this encyclopedia is useful for anyone who wants to improve their health and be more knowledgable without spending countless hours doing the research as it presents a well balanced summary for each topic discussed.

After getting my copy I bought several copies to give to my close friends and family, as well as colleagues (medical doctors) as I am sure they will find it useful.

Why Low-Fat isn't the way to go!

Conventional is dealt a big blow with this book. Learn about Paleo/Primal and natural health without needing to buy several books. How great is that? This book delivers in so many ways, just check out the vitamin section!
