Awesome, healthy food!
Great book. Delicious food that doesn't take all night to prepare. As a college student strapped for time and with a physically active lifestyle these recipes are perfect. Helped me reduce body fat, increase muscle, while eating better tasting meals than I ever have. Personal favorite recipe: Mongolian Beef!
