Cook from YOUR pantry!

Too many people take leftovers for granted and just throw them away. American's truly throw as much food away as they feed their families....sickening when you consider how many millions of people are starving to death every single day. Mr. Rota has compiled a nice, easy to use book of recipes to inspire everyone not to be so wasteful. Use what you have on hand, be it in the fridge or the cupboard ..... These are the kinds of meals that inevitably end up becoming "comfort" food.
