Still a great solitaire collection

I have to admit I was hesitant because I have had problems with applications that don't have current reviews on the mac app store, and even though I had an ipad version of this app I was unable to run it due to developer restrictions on the app. Frustrating to say the least! My worries were in vain however. Since I really liked the ipad version, I went ahead and spent the $25 or so on the mac version of the game and fired it up. Good call. It really is a more advanced application than the ipad app - i.e. more stuff you can do to customize it. That being said, it's obviously the same app. If you're used to the ipad or iphone version, you'll feel right at home. It's been recompiled for the m series chips, so it runs natively. It has more solitaire games than you'll ever play in a lifetime, and the graphics look good on a retina or larger screen. Don't let the lack of recent reviews worry you. It's a great collection of solitaire games, it has no bugs that I've been able to find, and whatever crashes or other clunky play it might have had 3 or 4 years ago have obviously been dealt with.

THE BEST solitaire collection anywhere

I've been playing Pretty Good Solitaire for well over a decade on the PC, and am grateful to have found the same progra, on the Mac. I'm sure I have literally thousands of houses on this software, so I'm probably a good source to recommend it to you. It's not fancy, not garish, but what it does is deliver the smoothest game delivery I've even experienced and the largest number of soiltaire games I've seen to date. Highly recommended is an understatement.

Continuous Issues & No Developer Feedback

I recently updated to macOS Catalina and had to remove the 32bit version of pretty good solitaire. I installed the 64bit version but have had nothing but issues ever since trying to use the 64bit version (ver 3.55). I know that developers generally don't refer to the comments, so I sent the developer an email message with the error codes. After a few weeks later, the errors continue making the game impossible to play. Additionally, no word from the developer.

This game used to be a favorite as there were many options for solitaire, howeveer, now it is USELESS.

I recommend not buying this game until the developer fixes the problems or just finding a different game to play.
