One of the many French rappers who found fame after showcasing their freestyle skills on YouTube, Deen Burbigo has been hailed as one of the Gallic hip-hop scene's bright young hopes. Born in Marseille, he first started rapping at age 16 and after moving to Paris, continued to develop his talents while studying for a history degree and working as an animator. A regular fixture on the rap battle circuit, he was invited to join 1995's collective L'Entourage, appeared on tracks by the likes of Guizmo, Taipan, and Triptik, and released his debut album, Inception, in 2012. ~ Jon O'Brien
