Perfect and amazing application
Roomer is the best application for getting best deals on hotel room bookings. Here we can get and make best deals. We can sell our reservation at roomer and set our own price. People can get hotel rooms at cheap price from those people who have to cancel their trip. If someone has to cancel their trip,he can sell it on roomer instead of loosing all the booking fee and pay cancelation charge.
Double chk your res!
I booked a hotel for 2 nights in NY for my family through Roomer. I had a hard time finding a listing for 2 beds & the only thing I found was in Brooklyn. We were set to leave the following day. I called the hotel directly just to make sure they had us down for 2 beds. Nope! Had me reserved for a king bed & didn't have anything else available. I called Roomer & spoke to jenny (who was very helpful & concerned at least). She said she would find me something for my family. As luck would have it, she called back with a hotel in Manhattan. I was to get back to her after talking with my husband. I couldn't find the hotel with the address she gave me on line. Turns out it was located in Manhattan...Kansas! Had to cancel my trip to New York.
Funny how all the other reviews (5 star of course) were made in a 2 day time frame.
AWFUL
Absolutely horrible. I booked a room for a get away with my mom, grandma, and aunt a month earlier than we were going. We went wine tasting and showed up at the hotel at 4 pm for check in. They had zero information on me, and zero record of me booking. They were at captivity. I hat 6 phone calls with Roomer customer service. I talked to Paul, Raymond, and Aki (probably fake names). Three hours after waiting in the lobby and 6 conversations later, we left. They took my money and had zero resolution to the problem. This is a completely fake website. They will not book you a room but they will take your money. I am taking them to court to refund me, because they still have it refunded me. DO NOT book on this site. Do not. It is the worst website and a complete scam. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
