Streetbees 4+

As opposed to the usual “run of the mill” surveys that most of us are used to participating in, Streetbees has an entirely different model. This app doesn’t solely rely on multiple choice or true/false questions; instead they use mostly open-ended, short answer questions. And by using this unique and brilliant model, they allow the user to tell their own unique story—in fact, that’s exactly what they call their ‘surveys’...each opportunity to provide information is called a “story”. As one can imagine, this obviously provides them with ultra-specific information and really gets much more personal with each user.

There’s really only one thing that I’d really like to see improvement with: we desperately need more available opportunities or “stories”. I’ve been using this app for about 6-7 months now, and I keep my location settings set to “always” and my notifications turned on—which by the way is VERY unlike me—and I’ve still only been had approximately 3 or 4 opportunities to participate in these super personalized and fun stories. 😢 I don’t know what’s up with the developers or what, but 99% of the time that I proactively open up the app, I’m always seeing the same disappointing message: “it’s a little quiet around here. Check back later at a different time.” COME ON GUYS!! I love this app, but where are all of the opinion opportunities hiding?!

This app is an amazing way to earn a little bit of extra money!!! You do these “stories” and they ask you questions and it only takes like 5 minutes to complete and it’ll ask you for a picture of say, the cocktail you’re drinking, or what kind of alcohol your buying or if you’re ordering takeout, and pay you in a day or two on PayPal!!! I did the math and if you did all of they surveys, it’s an extra 60-80 dollars into YOUR pocket! And I won a contest for something a year ago and I got 50 dollars from them! I have the proof too on my PayPal still. I will say the downfall is of this app is I wish some of the stories were higher paying. Like some are only 20 cents, and then you have one for 6.00 about what you’re buying to prevent your allergies. If you guys made the minimum payout a dollar for some stories, instead of 20 cents I feel like it would be better. Also there isn’t an option to cash out, but rather after you do each individual story it gets directly deposited into your PayPal, which is nice! Overall I like this app. Highly recommend <3

This is better than the traditional “survey app”. I could safely assume that there are numerous reasons for this, based purely on what I’ve seen so far, but I tout this app as superior simply because the surveys aren’t the typical “a/b/c/d” or “rate your feelings on a scale of 1-10” bleh that other companies give. You actually get to write your own personal short answers.

To make submitting surveys, or “stories” as they call them, a bit more tolerable (because let’s face it, surveys aren’t usually done for fun. We just want some extra cash!) you are presented the questions in the form of a text in the app. It really looks like you are in a messenger platform of some sort! Streetbees texts the question, you reply with an answer! So these stories sort of flow like an actual conversation between you and streetbees, rather than simply feeling like you’re answering questions given by some random company on a topic you don’t care at all about.

I really like it so far, and I’ve done ONE story! I don’t usually write reviews like this but I felt compelled because this is a truly exceptional find.
