We recommend having Pages (Apple’s word processor) and Numbers (Apple’s spreadsheet app) installed on your device. For example, the flyer requires Pages, while the mortgage calculator requires Numbers. You can download Pages and Numbers for free from the Mac App Store.

I paid the full amount for the entire bundle.
But... every single time I click on template that I think looks like something I can use, the tite of the template comes up in English, but everything else is in spanish? Why is this??? Is there a setting that I am not aware about? Because I am unable to do anything with any template at this point...
The App Has Never Been Able to Open
I cannot recommend under any circumstance that you purchase this app. It's stealing money. It has never opened, ever!! I just get the apple notice that the app crashed & the option to send a report. This should be illegal. I will contact Apple to see if i can get a refund & make a formal complaint,

Hi. I am very sorry about your experience. I believe you emailed us last Sunday and we emailed you back within 2 minutes and provided you with an immediate fix to this problem. This issue was connected to a specific system setting on macOS Big Sur and only affected a small amount of users. We have since submitted an update that fixes the issue to Apple which should be available shortly.
Lots of Templates to work with

Worked with the developer to resolve an issue with the app lanuching. There was a lot of immediate response and dialoge, which shows great support and commitment to the developer’s apps.
Background: I am a relatively small real estate investor who has been investing in real estate assets for 7 years now. I’ve been involved in several projects, including vacant and abandoned home rehabs, foreclosures, flips, vacant land sales, ground up construction, and I will be acquiring 4 properties by the end of 2017.
I can see use for many of the templates listed here. I think they will be very useful for other investors like me who don’t have the time or resources to create templates for various projects or transactions. I’m currently going through them and will update further when I can give a more detailed opinion of them, but for the price, I think they are a good buy!

Hi. I am very sorry for any inconvenience. In order to access the templates, you need to open our app, select the template of your liking and then open it. Pages or Numbers will automatically open and you can choose whether or not you want to add it to the template chooser.
