BT Shutter 4+

Worked great until update of iOS to 7.3. Now it won't open (acts like it is updating), can't delete it. Will probably return selfie stick bc it's useless without the app.

The handgrip is a nice bit of Smart Phone gadgetry, but the App is worthless. As soon as you press the shutter button, the App crashes and not picture is taken. If you like to take videos, the hand grip makes it easier to hold an iPhone in one hand while you. Use the phones video controls, there is a wrist strap too. But the App that goes with the grip just does not work. The App developer does not seem to be able to fix the problem, but sends nice text messages saying he want you to be satisfied. He also asked you to send a video showing how the App does not work. Hope stupid is that: he can replicate the problem in his own office.

I just bought a diving phone housing and this app is supposed to allow me to switch from vid to pics with the push of a button and as soon as you hit a button the thing crashes. Good thing I tested it out before I went for a dive or I would have been out a camera with the phone going back to the home screen. The designer of this app needs to get this fixed soon as I only have either pics or vids when I choose it at the boat. This is a crap app and I’m almost sorry I got this case since I’m limited under water with the taking pics or vids now.
