Ep. 42 Beef It’s What’s For Dinner (part 1)
I’m new to this podcast but follow MP on instagram. Usually I do other things while listening to a podcast, with this episode I had to sit down and take notes (the transcript was helpful). I’m a lifelong cattle rancher, and I know my way around the kitchen after 35 years of cooking for family and crews, I learned so much from this episode, wow! I knew bits and pieces of some of this but having it laid out and explained in such a logical and entertaining manner was so helpful. Can’t wait to listen to part 2. If Jena made a graphic of all the information in this episode I would definitely pay for it! We are about to have a beef butchered and this will sure help me to make a lot better choices than I have in the past. Thank you for such a great episode!
Love this podcast
As a farmer and farm wife it is nice to hear the struggles about farming, raising kids, running businesses and being a farm wife. It is also nice to hear about the positive things, other perspectives of farming and how other farmers farm in other parts of the country. It’s a good mix of girl talk and learning.
Bummer. Sorry MaryPat.
I love following MaryPat on socials, and I don’t mind her portion of this podcast, but choosing Jenna for her post cast co-host wasn’t the best move in my opinion. All of her crazy health concerns/theories are ridiculous and it gets old when they are referenced to nearly every episode. I tried to give it a chance for a long time, but ultimately…I’m out. Sorry MaryPat.
