My favorite diabetes podcast

Of all the D podcasts out there, this is my favorite one. Lauren tackles all the important issues someone with diabetes needs to hear! She’s also keenly aware of the challenges those of us with diabetes face && has great guests on with answers to those questions we have! No matter where you are in your diabetes journey- newly diagnosed or 25 years in- this is the diabetes podcast for you!

My Go-To Diabetes Podcast!

Thanks for creating such a great podcast. I really love Lauren's thoughtfulness and active listening. You can tell she's listening intently and then asking interesting follow ups or adding her own insights/experiences. Not a lot of hosts do that, sadly! My favorite episodes are the ones that relate to mental health and our relationship to our bodies and food as T1Ds. As a newly diagnosed T1D, this show has been extremely helpful over the past year, and made me feel less alone and overwhelmed. Thank you!

Changed my life

As a newly diagnosed type one diabetic physician-in-training, I found so much education, inspiration, and emotional support listening to Lauren’s podcasts and hearing the stories of fellow type one diabetics reclaiming their rise. Once I found this podcast, I couldn’t stop listening! I listened to it while walking on the treadmill, on road trips, and during any quiet moments during the day. I felt so much less alone listening to it, and implemented many of the tips I gleaned from listening to Reclaim Your Rise.
