Operations is so easy

Hearing Michael interview other COOs will give you the impression that the job is mostly for those serendipitous types who are as comfortable accepting responsibility for accidental success as they are nonchalant about climbing Mount Everest.

Ok you caught me, I’m a friend of Micheal (at least until he reads this review) so I’m biased. But I listen because as an entrepreneur the stories and lessons have helped me steer my own business better than I could have done by ignoring them.

Michael, when are you going to have me on your show?
