For the first time since launching "The Recovery Coach Podcast" in October 2021, the topic of 'family recovery' takes center stage. Are You Living In the Wrong Story?

Are You Living In the Wrong Story?

If you want to change the trajectory of your life, you must change your narrative first.⁣

We see the world and those around us through a default lens setting, which is often based on childhood experiences, past traumas, and life-changing events. We try to make sense of our lives by unpacking and organizing memories into a story. Sadly, the story we believe to be factual, could not be further from the truth. ⁣

In episode 9 of The Recovery Coach Podcast, Alison and Seth discuss the transformative power in changing the narrative and uncovering our true, God-given identity. While we cannot undo the past, we can begin to create a new story filled with growth, resilience and freedom.⁣

Keeps me motivated with love and grace!

If I could have a livestream of Seth and Alison talking 24/7, I would tune in - they are so real and relatable in the way they communicate! Addiction is a heavy topic, but this podcast is light-hearted, positive, and uplifting. It’s like having the best recovery coaches and friends right in my living room, reminding me of what I’m working towards and why I’m doing it. Being newer in my recovery journey, this podcast has been an excellent tool to keep me motivated and grounded in my new reality. I am very appreciative and always look forward to the next episode!
