Addition to my healing journey

These ladies are giving me life! Listening to their journey is helping me understand my traumas and how it affects the way I live and respond to triggers. It’s not just focused on the personal traumas but also the generational, cultural and societal traumas. Learning these things helps me in my journal and I appreciate it, I highly recommend this podcast. Zohan, Angel and Chris thank you!!!

Food for your mind and soul

This podcast is like sitting at your auntie table! You will get exactly what you need. It reinforces basic information that some of us missed in the age up process and while providing tools to assist us to grow through some tough stuff. The host also revisit some of our favorites books and movies and lightly touch on current events, all in an entertaining, hilarious, relatable and thought provoking way… Hence the auntie and not yo mama reference, lol. Get ready to laugh, you may shed a tear… but it’s all good!! Grab a pen, send a link to a friend and glow up!!
