Really gets under the hood of “authenticity“

As someone who prides themselves on bringing my authentic self to work (most of the time), I have a deep appreciation for this level of discussion about what the heck it means and what the benefits are. Authenticity gets used as a buzz word and really needs this probing. Hoping that further along, this info gets compiled into some sort of reference, that’s the geek in me. Keep up the good work!
