Tapping into Grief and Emotions with Traditional Chinese Medicine (with Cong Nguyen, LAc)

Tapping into Grief and Emotions with Traditional Chinese Medicine (with Cong Nguyen, LAc)

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, grief is just one stage of an emotional pattern and emotions are viewed as phases rather than “good” or “bad” parts of who we are. Get a new perspective on how we can cope with these phases from Crossover Acupuncturist Cong Nguyen. Cong has navigated through his own grief and gained resilience by focusing on introspective questions like, “what is the function of this emotion?” and “what lesson is this experience trying to teach me?”

Better Sleep

I used to spend most nights awake worried that I won’t get enough sleep, but the tips from Dr. James helped shift my mindset and calm my anxiety.

Dont waste your time, much better medical shows out there

In the trailer It sounds like I am listening to a QVC show. Trying to sell rather than having any real content. The medical model sounds like Kaiser but without the professionalism. In subsequent shows, the host sounds like he is recording in metal shed. Also, he tries so hard to make jokes that just fall flat and are really awkward. I just can’t find much content in all the fluff.

Programming!

Fantastic talk. I especially found the discussion around the importance of programming valuable. Additionally it is really great that Crossover provides this level of connection to its members. I love the idea of people being able to message with their PT anytime to not only support their health needs but also training program support. 🏃🏽‍♀️
