A gift of wisdom and bold advice

Kemi’s wisdom is the advice, mentorship and coaching no one in academic medicine ever gave you but it is exactly what we all need and deserve. I am so grateful for a this podcast that changes the expectations of what all of our careers should be- daring, fulfilling, balanced, rested, adventurous and so much more than what we have all settled for in the past. Thank you Dr. Doll for your generosity.

Kemi changed my life

It’s Tuesday morning and I am SO excited because I know another episode has dropped. I listen on the drive into work and walking from car to office, and always start my work day feeling ready to conquer the world - sometimes with high level vision inspiring me, sometimes super practical tips for dealing with mayhem in academia, and other times just grateful for the pod community that I know I am part of when listening to Kemi.
