Impactful episode! Must listen!

Leslie and I shared such a similar 2nd maternity leave experience, I was re-living my own experience through re-runs of the same struggles and conditioning that ultimately led to my burnout and re-build. We are conditioned to work harder and try harder even with so much that sets us up to fail. It absolutely feels that you have to claw your self care as no one is coming to save us and if you don’t take the reigns, it can affect every aspect of your life! Starting small and making self care a priority is the unglamorous and essential legacy of the here and now. Thank you for sharing your wisdom & hearts Marisa & Leslie! Excellent episode!
