Why is...? With Ty & Dan Tyler and Danny

This week, Ty and Dan end the world famous podcast Why Is? With Ty and Dan. They do so while doing their longest episode in quite some time, breaking down both the Disney+ series, Ms. Marvel, and the latest MCU film, Thor: Love and Thunder. They also enter the Green Room for the final time, and they’d like to thank friend of the podcast Richard E. Grant one last time (they somehow forgot to on mic)..

This week, Ty and Dan discuss the films of Taika Waititi. However, Danny has COVID and Tyler has a life, so things are busy around here! They still make time for talking about comedic vampires, Up directed by Wes Anderson, and an Academy Award winning movie about nazis. Is it a satire or not? They can’t agree, but find out if their discussion of Thor’s most prolific director was worth TAIKAing their time and worth you WAITitING for.

This week, Ty and Dan discuss the all-time favorite MCU film, Thor: Ragnarok, and the many moments of hilarity in Taika Waititi’s debut entry in blockbuster cinema. Danny tries to rewrite for once and Tyler dissects the relationship between Bruce Banner and Hulk. Despite the glaring minor issues with the film that come from rewatching it so many times, they conclude that this is worthy of the title given at the beginning of the episode description.
