    As we get older….things don’t come as easy to us.  For one, being physically active can be a challenge.  I can’t do what I used to do…and it takes longer to recover from physical activity. 


    Today I introduce you to Walter Young….he’s been physically active from high school swim team and water polo to competing in physique contests, and now triathlons.  Professionally, he has been a hairdresser/salon owner, an actor/director and producer, worked food prep and service. At present he’s working as a Life & Fitness Coach or the term he prefers, Longevity Coach.
