From 1988-2008 I headed up media relations with the Toronto Stock Exchange.  Recently I was invited back to celebrate the organization's 170th anniversary.  So many memories in today's Podcast.

Geoffrey’s career over the last 25 years has been about helping connect the right message to the right audience for the greatest impact. His experience spans from being legally trained to working for Seth Godin to working on major motion pictures at Paramount Pictures and MGM Studios.


He has presented at Tedx LehighRiver, has guest lectured at Manchester Metropolitan University (UK), Drexel University and Temple University. 


In addition to running a content marketing agency, Geoffrey is an adjunct professor at Temple University’s School Of Media And Communication.

As we get older….things don’t come as easy to us.  For one, being physically active can be a challenge.  I can’t do what I used to do…and it takes longer to recover from physical activity. 


Today I introduce you to Walter Young….he’s been physically active from high school swim team and water polo to competing in physique contests, and now triathlons.  Professionally, he has been a hairdresser/salon owner, an actor/director and producer, worked food prep and service. At present he’s working as a Life & Fitness Coach or the term he prefers, Longevity Coach.
