E78 Glamis Castle
Merry Christmas y'all! Thank y'all for being with us for another year, it's our 3rd birthday!
This is an episode I have been looking forward to doing! Glamis is an ancient castle that has it all! A monster heir, a grey lady ghost, clashes of clans, people getting walled up alive... Oh and it kinda looks like Hogwarts. Also it's the home to the Queen Mother's family. Anyway! I hope y'all enjoy this episode.
Thank you Tare for your review! Email the show at loreofthesouth@gmail.com so we can mail you, your little goodie bag.
And we have a new Patreon supporter! Tarryn, thank you for your support! If you'd like to help out the show, simply search The Lore of the South on Patreon.com

Hooked!
I found this podcast in a general search for lore and folktales and have been hooked from the first episode! I am listening through them all and they are perfect in getting me though my workday. Kelly is a great storyteller and does her research to share these stories. As a northerner with southern roots it is fun to hear stories of some familiar and not so familiar stories and places!
Great show!
I love listening to this show. Host had a great voice
Southern and Spooky
I’ve been listening to this show on Spotify for the past three days and I’m already caught up to date on everything that’s currently released. I’ve really been enjoying it, because I really appreciate viewing the interesting history of the south through such an occasionally spooky lens. I’ve been having a lot of fun listening! I also very much appreciate that Kelly always makes sure to lists trigger warnings before any particularly tough subjects — it’s very considerate, and I think should be common practice, even if it isn’t. I appreciate it! Thanks, Kelly!
