Please improve English accent

I’m listening to your podcast for the first time… really like the subject matter but whoever the French host is has such a thick accent that it’s frustrating to try to listen to and interpret as a native English speaker. Improving English accent would probably help considerably for listeners. Otherwise thanks for the podcast.
