Episode week of 11/26/21 was amazing!!!
Okay let me go down a rabbit hole a little. I started doing dirt work on the side in 2013 and I planning on going full time may of 2022. But with that said my main job for over 17+ years now is that I drive a 18 wheeler for quiktrip and deliver to 10 to 18 stores a night. Over the last 4 years I have seen the younger kids coming on but they could careless about the money. They come to work and think that I make $380 plus a night (I get paid by the load. So I work hard and fast to only work 6 hours a night.) and they only make $15 a hour for 8 hours. So they see it as I should do 75% and they should do 25% of the work. This podcast opened my eyes. If you are having a hard time understanding the kids today this episode may help you understand what the kids are thinking. I could go on and on but give this podcast a try it could help you.
