Theresa Lear Levine ✨💕✨ ,

Thanks for the help you provide, Jayde!

I had the pleasure of interviewing with Jayde for her a Dec 2022 Episode ;) and really enjoyed getting to know her as we tried EFT Tapping together. She’s super down to earth and relatable and I love the service she provides to her audience, enriching their capability for self care and enhancing their ability to find and choose mental health practitioners. Keep up the great work!

MUST LISTEN

This mental health podcast is one of the best I’ve listened to. It explores so many topics from different angles and centers the experiences of people of color and other marginalized identities. It is truly educational and inspiring. The host is also transparent, honest, and shares a lot of her personal journey as well.
