Stop trying to "find your tribe" and do this instead
I have a real issue with everyone telling us to "find your tribe". I'm not against networking - the complete opposite actually. But "finding your tribe" is a term that's really problematic and sends us the wrong signal when it comes to building a supportive community that's going to be there for you in the long run.

Tiffany is the definition of a steminist and I am a fan! Her voice is sweet, she’s smart, and has great insight on important stem topics.
