Anyone with stress needs this podcast!

I was lucky enough to go to one of Elizabeth Menzel’s Happy Women events in Pittsburgh pre- pandemic. This is a great podcast if you are feeling overwhelmed in life - like who isn’t?!?- or if, like me, you don’t have a lot of positive resources or actual techniques to deal with it close by. The things they talk about and the techniques to deal with anxiety and stress are science based, and help you to slow the eff down and take time to address what’s really happening or going on with your body, feelings, mind. The tone is just right and I’ve added it to my morning routine when it comes out to give me insight and a positive start to my day. I highly recommend SlowtheFDown !
