HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I was first introduced to Marty through Portia Scott’s the Wake up and Show Up! I thoroughly enjoyed his wealth of knowledge concerning mental health issues, especially within the black community! I learned so much more about the importance of self care, therapy, and being intentional daily! I was THRILLED to learn that he has this AMAZING podcast!!! I will be turning on notifications, tuning in weekly, and I highly recommend that you do the same!!!
