Great podcast! Great info and line up of speakers.

You can hear the enthusiasm and desire to get better in the voice of the host Alex Gett. His guests are experts in their respective fields and are also cut from the same cloth. I have picked up on several pearls learning from the conversations pertaining to topics in sports medicine, strength and conditioning, mental skills, physical therapy, chiropractic, and athletic training at the elite levels. This is a must subscribe to those interested in hearing from credible sources that work in the trenches and help motivate you to aspire to get better professionally.
