Today’s episode is a Shabbat Replay from our Saturday morning service on April 20th. Rabbi Lizzi delivered a sermon imploring us to retell not only the triumphal tale of liberation in the Passover story, but also the nuanced, disturbing, and thought-provokingly complicated parts of the story as well.

h DAT TBH ,

Grateful to stumble across this podcast!

What a refreshing and present approach in gathering ancient knowledge and constructing and delivering it into the modern day. The sermons are very insightful and listening to Hebrew is beautiful. The approach that Mishkan takes, is very transformative. I wasn’t born Jewish, yet constantly stumble across many spiritual teachings(through people and online/digital world) I’ve been applying a lot of these teachings into my life which resonates on many levels. I look forward to attending an event in the future.

Fresh Jewish Perspective

I love the sermons because they often make me think about Jewish traditions, values, and life in general in a new way. Sometimes they challenge prior assumptions and they are always compassionate and engaging.

Inspiring

Contact Chai is an inspiring mix of reflections on both current events and timeless practices of Judaism that impact our daily lives. Its content is both practical and challenging. Mishkan rabbi’s apply Jewish philosophy and truth to politics, current events & and life milestones. Content geared to Jewish listeners but definitely applicable to the Jew-curious as well.
