This weeks guest on the static traveller is the one and only Simon Lister (@scilista )

Simon a sound and audio master! He started taking pictures as a hobby, however his talents quickly took him from hobbyist to a seasoned pro. 

-

Listen and find out who inspired Simon's love of photography and motorbikes, listen to his journey starting out growing up in a small town farm in New Zealand to adventures of a life time spanning across the world.

Simon's work was noticed quickly by more than just his Instagram followers.  He was headhunted to do a global re-brand of @unicef Which saw him travel the world, including a trip with Unicef ambassador @orlandobloom

Simon's work was displayed in some of the worlds biggest locations including Sydney and times square, New York.

During all of the above Simon began filming his story own on the Netflix show Tales by Light, His episodes are season 3 episode 1&2 so check it out!

This week's Guest on the Static Traveller is solo traveller Eleanor Marie.

Eleanor's travel story started by taking regular trips with her family within her home of the United Kingdom, until she convinced her dad to take her and her family on a road trip in the USA.

-

in 2002 after her trip to America that was her hooked and in search of her next adventure! Which was presented to her in the most unlikely of places her local small town newspaper, The ad was looking for people to fund raise to travel abroad on a charity trip to help others.  

-

from then on she was hooked on travel, this seen her go to the likes of California, Namibia, New Zealand, Turkey, Cambodia and many more! her trip around the world has her still to this day always asking where next?

The story of The Lone Travel Girl began when Callie quit her corporate job in 2017 and took her first solo trip across Europe and Asia.
