Scarce Oddities owners Eliot and Patrice
On this episode of the Slashenings Podcast, I chat with the owners of a MA oddities shop called Scarce. Eliot and Patrice have owned and operated Scarce for 2 years here in central Mass. Content warning. we talk about some wet specimens and taxidermy in pretty strong detail so if that kind of stuff isn't your style that's perfectly cool! Also the audio quality is quite up to my usual par in this one due to some technical difficulties, but I promise you it's worth it! We chat about the history of the shop, some of their favorite items that sold there, some frequent requests and of course some horror movie talk!

An absolute blast. Being from Massachusetts, the podcast has turned me on to artists and venues to check out. JR‘s skill at keeping the conversation flowing with all of his guests makes it a super fun listen. I genuinely look forward to every episode and yelling in agreement (or disagreement) on whatever the horror topic at hand is.
