Esther work is really great. There are an interestingly high proportion of gay queer guests. Does it mean we have an extraordinarily high amount of issues?

The Shows are Different

I used to like this and WSWB. And still do. But lately, especially with How’s Work, I just get frustrated. The best friends/coworker ep. Was especially frustrating. Someone else mentioned how Esther didn’t hold any of them accountable especially the friend who didn’t get the promotion. Instead we get a lot of voiceover cuts explaining what Esther observed, but those observations don’t seem to be explored in the sessions. I am not learning as much as I used to, and there is a depth and integrity that I miss. Esther is so sharp and skilled at communicating with clients; I’m just wondering with this different approach if people a getting as much as they could from their time with her.
