Full stack panic is that feeling you get when you read a JavaScript newsletter and don't recognize half of what's in it. Or when you keep hearing, "Nobody uses [RAILS, WORDPRESS, JQUERY] anymore we're all using [NEW HOTNESS] over here." Or when every job description seems to require a skill you don't have and the little voice in your head says, “I should know all of this. Do I even know what I'm doing?” The web moves fast. This podcast answers the question: how do you build a successful, happy and long-term career when the ground keeps shifting under your feet?

Entertaing and Informative

I’m a podcast junkie and a tech professional. This podcast is well produced, informative, and fun to listen to! So many tech podcasts are SO bad, I’m happy to report this one performs head and shoulders above most others. I was also concerned it was going to be kind of “doom and gloom” based on the write up, but it’s not at all.

Healthy dose of realism

Super great to find something centered on the developer and their mindset/career, instead of on the hype of any individual tech / framework. Highly recommended.

Great for How and Why

There are so many developer focused podcasts that center around the tech - it’s much more rare to find one trying to help developers with thinking longer term about their careers and their choices.

Sean is a great interviewer and finds devs with genuinely different paths. Really well done.
