Perfect for visitors to Scotland interested in history
We recently spent 20 days on a self-guided driving tour of Scotland, and we loved listening to this informative, entertaining podcast as we traveled from place to place. As we drove to, say, Stirling and Glencoe and St. Andrews and Glencoe we’d say “let’s play the Scottish History Podcast about this area.” Owen Innes is a talented storyteller and guide, and he’s created short (average 20 minutes) but info-packed episodes perfect for listening to while headed to new destinations. Our appreciation and understanding of the rich history of Scotland was aided immeasurably by this podcast: obviously a labor of love by someone with a passion and gift to share his nation’s amazing story.

Just the right amount of facts/figures with fantastic storytelling!! My daughter and I have listened to hours as we drove the Scottish countryside & visited so many historic spots. This podcast made it so much more special!! 🏴
